1. Celebrate Christmas with my family. (I. Cannot. WAIT.)
2. Go back to NYC, to visit Allison and go see Ben in The Lion King.
3. Go on a sleigh ride (we bought a Groupon for one, and are waiting till it snows).
4. Light candles, often.
5. Drink mulled cider, peppermint hot cocoa and lots of tea (see above).
6. Grow some paperwhites – I never have, and I think they’re lovely.
7. Reread the Little House on the Prairie series – it’s been years.
8. Knit a big, cozy red cowl for ME.
9. Buy a 2012 planner and actually use it.
10. Continue work on the 28 things list.
11. Find a word for 2012.

I love that you have tickets for a sleigh ride! What a great thing to look forward to in January or February, when the winter gets really tough.
And YES to paperwhites. I keep them all winter long. They seem to literally grow before your eyes – very fun.
